Promise Catcher Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
This policy applies to the Promise Catcher game published by PRMWORKS ("we", "us", or "our"). Promise Catcher does not require an account and currently contains no advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other monetization.
Optional Analytics
If a release includes GameAnalytics, the game asks for your permission before analytics starts. Choosing Not Now keeps analytics off. You can change this choice later from Privacy & Analytics in the game. Declining analytics does not affect gameplay.
When you consent, Promise Catcher may send:
- A randomized installation identifier that is not your name, email address, advertising identifier, or account identifier.
- Gameplay progression, including level starts, promotions, failures, endless-mode waves, score, and selected career path.
- Aggregated attempt information, including duration, first-input timing, missed good promises, caught bad promises, and pause count.
- App build, operating system, device model, connection type, and session timing supplied by the GameAnalytics SDK.
- An approximate country inferred by GameAnalytics from the network request. Promise Catcher does not request or send precise location.
The initial analytics configuration does not use IDFA or IDFV, advertising attribution, external account identifiers, cross-app tracking, automatic crash/error reporting, or performance monitoring.
How We Use Analytics
We use this information only to understand whether the controls are clear, identify levels where players struggle, evaluate progression and endless-mode engagement, and improve game stability and design. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Service Provider
GameAnalytics ApS processes analytics on our behalf. Its privacy and security information is available in the GameAnalytics Privacy Notice. GameAnalytics may process information in countries outside your country of residence using the safeguards described in its notice.
Retention
GameAnalytics makes detailed progression and design-event data available for limited periods and applies its published retention schedule. We retain analytics only while needed to improve Promise Catcher, and we may delete the game integration and its associated data earlier. See the GameAnalytics data-retention documentation.
Your Choices and Requests
- You may decline analytics before any analytics SDK initialization or event submission.
- You may turn analytics off in the game to stop future event submission.
- You may request access to or deletion of analytics associated with your randomized installation identifier by contacting us. We may need information from the device to locate the correct identifier.
- Deleting the game removes its local save and consent setting according to your device platform's behavior; it does not automatically delete analytics already received by GameAnalytics.
Information We Do Not Collect Through Promise Catcher
We do not ask for or intentionally collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, precise location, payment information, advertising identifiers, touch coordinates, free-form text, or the contents of your local save file.
Children
Promise Catcher is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided analytics information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can request deletion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. We will request consent again before materially expanding optional analytics collection where required.
